The 6 A’s of Leading Change

We can’t forget the 6 A’s of Leading Change.

There is no doubt that we are living in turbulent times. Things are moving very quickly around us all. The anxiety that surrounds volatility can often cause us to lose sight of what is within our control.
It’s easy to get caught up in the madness and sometimes forget that there is a role we all play in the creation of our lives and the teams and organizations we serve. So, we need to Step Back and ReMember that we must participate in the creation of all that is within our control.

It’s in those moments that we are reminded that if we want to lead any kind of change in our personal lives, or within our teams, organizations, businesses, families, or communities, we must dive into a focused process. Change is possible when we go on a committed journey to anchor actions that are aligned with what we aspire for the future.
With many of the teams and organizations I’m honored to serve, I lead them through the 6 A Process for Leading Change to help them shape the type of leaders, culture, and future they desire. With dedicated minds and hearts, change is within our control.

I hope this message today is just another reminder that we all play a role in leading the relationships, projects, and efforts we are a part of. Good luck on the next leg of your journey!

Travel Gracefully,
Jason
