Following the loss of his mother in a racially motivated mass shooting, Chris has now become an inspirational speaker and best-selling author who has shared his message of unity and racial reconciliation with NFL and NBA teams as well as multiple Fortune 500 companies across the country. He shares with over 100 organizations and over 30,000 students annually and resides with his spouse Mariana and his sons CJ and Caden in Charleston, SC.

Tamara Myles is an author, speaker and researcher. Tamara will be a virtual participant this year joining us from Concord, MA. She holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and her research on the 10 Principles of Meaningful Work has been featured in Business Insider, Forbes, USA Today, The Boston Globe, Success Magazine, and more. Her most recent book The Secret to Peak Productivity is distributed globally. She’s a thoughtful researcher who is passionate about cultures who help individuals thrive.

Howard Behar is the former President of Starbucks and Starbucks International. Howard will be a virtual participant this year joining us from Palm Springs, CA. He and his global team led Starbucks from 25 stores to well over 15,000 stores around the world. He is also an author, adviser and passionate advocate for servant leadership and caring for people.

Ken Bouyer serves as EY Americas Inclusiveness Recruiting Leader, which makes him responsible for implementing the global EY organization’s recruiting strategy to build and attract diverse and inclusive talent pools. He is a heart-centered leader who has received many awards across the accounting industry and community organizations.
