He and his global team led Starbucks from 25 stores to well over 15,000 stores around the world. He is also an author, adviser and passionate advocate for servant leadership and caring for people.

Ken Bouyer serves as EY Americas Inclusiveness Recruiting Leader, which makes him responsible for implementing the global EY organization’s recruiting strategy to build and attract diverse and inclusive talent pools. He is a heart-centered leader who has received many awards across the accounting industry and community organizations.

Kevin Clayton is the Executive VP, Chief Impact and Equity Officer for Rock Entertainment Group (REG), the parent-company encompassing the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, the NBA G League Cleveland Charge, AHL Cleveland Monsters, the NBA 2K Cavs Legion Gaming Club, and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
