Are You Busy or Effective?

WhereULook

We have never lived in more distracting times in the history of the world than we do now. We have never been more “busy”, distracted or scattered on a day-to-day basis. A recent Harvard Business Review study revealed that the “modern worker today” shifts their focus and attention between tasks around 300-500 times on an average day. It has never been more important to see things clearly, and purposefully.

The most effective individual leaders or contributors, as well as whole teams and companies, are the ones who are disciplined with what gets their focus every day. They are clear on what needs their eyes, their attention, and their hearts. They know the difference between being “busy” and being effective.

They understand that “Where They Look Is Where They Go!”

Good luck on the next leg of your journey as a parent, friend, spouse, or team leader! What will get your focus?

Travel Gracefully,

Jason
